As a BRUNT part-time Retail Associate, you'll create standout customer experiences by connecting with shoppers and sharing product knowledge. You'll help with transactions, keep the store organized, and collaborate with the team to build a community hub for tradespeople.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with POS technology
• Must be 18+ and able to commute to North Reading, MA
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming environment and engage customers to understand trade needs
• Assist with transactions and promote loyalty programs
• Keep sales floor organized and stocked
• Handle shipments, inventory, and merchandising
