Description

You will drive adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions across the life sciences sector in EMEA, helping pharma and biotech organizations accelerate drug discovery, optimize clinical operations, and bring treatments to market faster through responsible AI implementation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales in EMEA, 5+ years selling technology into pharma/biotech/medical devices
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals with global pharma or biotech
  • Deep understanding of life sciences industry dynamics (R&D, clinical, regulatory, digital transformation)
  • Established relationships with senior executives at major pharma and biotech companies
  • Familiarity with European data privacy frameworks (GDPR, EHDS, GxP, EMA guidance)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for AI solutions in life sciences
  • Build relationships with decision-makers at pharma, biotech, and CROs across EMEA
  • Partner with HCLS Applied AI team to articulate technical capabilities and value propositions
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes, negotiate contracts, and close strategic deals
  • Monitor sales pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape
