πΌ About This Role
You'll lead post-sale lifecycle strategy for a SaaS platform for PR professionals. Your mission is to drive product adoption, expansion, and advocacy across the entire customer lifecycle.
π― What You'll Do
- Own post-sale lifecycle strategy across onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy.
- Shape expansion strategy by identifying growth opportunities and increasing upsell and cross-sell.
- Define key usage behaviors and lead product education to drive depth and frequency of usage.
- Set vision for scalable learning programs including webinars, courses, and resource hubs.
π Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related B2B SaaS roles.
- Proven success owning or influencing post-sale metrics such as adoption, retention, or expansion.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and behavior-driven marketing.
- Experience building or scaling customer education or product adoption programs.

- Experience with marketing tools like Intercom, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
