💼 About This Role

You'll join a remote-first, Toronto-based startup modernizing insurance in Canada. You'll help customers protect their homes and vehicles through a digital-first experience while driving sales execution from inbound leads. This role offers OTE of $88,000–$120,000 CAD and stock options.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Educate customers on Home & Auto insurance options and close policies via phone, SMS, and email.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline of leads using HubSpot.
• Recommend coverage based on customer needs using a consultative approach.
• Build and refine sales scripts, workflows, and follow-up sequences.

📋 Requirements

• RIBO Level 1 license or higher in Ontario.
• 3+ years experience selling personal lines (Home & Auto) in a phone-based or digital sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene skills (HubSpot preferred).
