You'll lead the Platform team at Ironclad, building the infrastructure layer including identity, document services, and APIs. Your work will unlock new business opportunities and scale the platform for enterprise customers. This role offers the chance to shape a leader in AI contracting with a strong track record and backing from top investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and build infrastructure layer including identity, document services, and foundation platform
• Design data services layer and implement APIs and MCP server for secure data exposure
• Own roadmap for and develop connectors to third-party systems like SAP
• Manage, inspire, and build a high-performing product management team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience delivering innovative and commercially successful platforms
• 5+ years leading product management teams
• Demonstrated experience building scaled API or MCP platforms preferred
• Shipped exemplary work into a large market
