🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale the Professional Services organization, overseeing onboarding, delivery, and resource management.
• Develop and standardize project governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting structures.
• Oversee enterprise SaaS implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive forecasting, revenue tracking, utilization management, and project margin optimization.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading Professional Services or implementation teams in SaaS or enterprise software.
• PMP Certification required.
• Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS/on-premises implementations.
• Strong operational leadership with strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
