You'll oversee second-shift production for a structural steel fabrication operation, supervising fitters, welders, and personnel. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise fitters, welders, and fabrication personnel during daily operations
• Assign workloads and adjust manpower distribution to maximize efficiency
• Provide hands-on support for layout, welding, and drawing interpretation
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Assist shop leadership with employee training and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and welding processes
• Experience with CNC fabrication equipment and production machinery
• Understanding of production efficiency, safety, and quality standards
• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in fabrication or manufacturing
• Technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field
• Familiarity with AISC fabrication quality standards
