Description

You will lead a team of engineers building foundational services for MongoDB Atlas, enabling cluster provisioning, updates, and maintenance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll contribute to design, architecture, code, and roadmap planning while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting customers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading engineering teams building large-scale systems
• Skilled in large-scale distributed backend systems in a compiled language (Go, Java, C#, etc.)
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of motivated individual contributors
• Contribute to code, design, and architecture of systems
• Work with stakeholders to build roadmap and product offerings
• Support customers and engineers, participate in on-call rotation
