You'll develop and deliver training programs for Esri's ArcGIS software, empowering customers across industries. You'll collaborate with clients to design sustainable GIS workflows and expand their use of ArcGIS. This role offers the chance to work with a leading GIS company and includes relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs via in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted training workshops
• Collaborate with customers to design sustainable GIS workflows
• Promote ArcGIS adoption and demonstrate its value to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience with Esri software
• 5+ years in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
• 2+ years of classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Completion of Esri technical certification and facilitation certification
• Demonstrated technical writing ability
• Master's degree in a related field
