You'll lead the transition of our B2B brand to a video-first storyteller that delights customers and partners. Your core impact is making people want to follow us through short-form video and real-time cultural engagement. This role redefines corporate social media with creativity and influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop original video series and thought-leadership content for each platform
• Build and execute TikTok and Reels strategy including visual language
• Collaborate with design teams to create modern graphical aesthetics
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and internal subject matter experts

📋 Requirements

• Deep portfolio of short-form video on TikTok/Reels/Shorts
• Knowledge of B2B marketing rules and how to break them strategically
• Ability to move from high-level strategy to filming on iPhone same day
• Emotional intelligence to push corporate comfort zones
