Description

You will become a Proactive AI expert, delivering high-quality implementations, analysis, and support to global clients. You'll work with EU and US teams initially, then lead local implementation and support for APAC clients. This role offers the opportunity to configure SaaS platforms, write SQL and JavaScript, and collaborate across regions to build automated customer journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years in professional services, software implementation, or technical support
• Solid proficiency in SQL and JavaScript
• Experience with APIs for integration in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Implement MPower Proactive AI Agents under senior engineer guidance
• Support client engagements with technical tasks focusing on quality and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with global teams to build, test, and support proactive customer journeys
• Analyze client requirements and translate business processes into automated solutions
• Write and maintain SQL queries and JavaScript code for integrations and reporting
