Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or a related field
  • Strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills
  • Exceptional communicator with ability to present ideas confidently and collaborate across teams
  • Experience managing creative workflows and working with agencies or production partners
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (or Keynote) and Excel
  • Deep curiosity and cultural awareness at intersection of sports, gaming, and storytelling
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and stays focused under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand leadership to co-develop the annual brand strategy, including alignment with athlete branding
  • Support evolution and maintenance of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity standards
  • Support strategy and creative development for brand-led campaign beats
  • Collaborate with creative, production, and media teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Manage production cycles in partnership with creative team
  • Act as a brand consultant across go-to-market efforts, ensuring brand consistency and impact
  • Build strong partnerships across internal teams to champion brand alignment
  • Organize and manage brand tools, files, and assets to ensure accessibility and strategic consistency
  • Drive improvements in brand processes and documentation for long-term scale
