Description

In this role, you'll build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, provide resources to those struggling with mental health, and drive market growth for Charlie Health. You'll work in the field 4-5 days a week to lead meetings, deepen partnerships, and synthesize market feedback to inform strategy.

Requirements

• Based in Albuquerque, NM
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
