💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate the S&OP cycle to align demand, supply, inventory, and financials in a fast-scaling high-tech environment. Your core impact will be driving cross-functional alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to ensure sustainable scaling and reliable delivery. This role offers ownership of the entire S&OP process from design to continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the S&OP cycle and facilitate cross-functional planning meetings.
• Consolidate demand forecasts from Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Assess supply constraints and ensure alignment with demand plans.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and inventory health.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Operations roles.
• 3+ years specifically in S&OP or integrated planning.
• ERP experience (Odoo preferred) and proficiency in Excel/Power BI.
