🎯 What You'll Do

• Work in a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality features
• Assist in maintaining the product backlog with technical input
• Monitor team's delivery cadence and improve efficiency
• Teach and mentor squad on technology choices and practices

📋 Requirements

• Strong technical background in API development and re-platforming
• Previous team lead experience
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and the testing pyramid
• Understanding of modern CD and software operations practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of domain driven design
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
• Trunk-based development and 12 factor app principles
