You'll lead critical infrastructure scaling and capacity programs at DigitalOcean, partnering with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Data Center Operations to ensure efficient global infrastructure delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own large-scale infrastructure scaling and global capacity expansion programs
• Translate product growth into actionable capacity and infrastructure plans
• Lead cross-functional execution across Data Center Operations and Engineering
• Drive resource optimization initiatives like harvesting unutilized server components

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with high business impact
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems (compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with capacity planning or supply/demand management

• Experience with data center operations or hardware supply chain
