You'll be the first point of contact for new providers joining Tandem's platform, working to bring them onboard through inbound and outbound efforts. You'll own the entire prospecting process, from speed-to-lead to booking qualified meetings, while iterating on messaging and strategy. This role offers significant autonomy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure speed-to-lead on inbound leads
  • Build and maintain target account lists
  • Run high-volume multi-channel outbound
  • Personalize outreach using AI tools and research

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Discipline in tracking and improving metrics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
