You'll be the first point of contact for new providers joining Tandem's platform, working to bring them onboard through inbound and outbound efforts. You'll own the entire prospecting process, from speed-to-lead to booking qualified meetings, while iterating on messaging and strategy. This role offers significant autonomy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Ensure speed-to-lead on inbound leads
- Build and maintain target account lists
- Run high-volume multi-channel outbound
- Personalize outreach using AI tools and research
๐ Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Discipline in tracking and improving metrics
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
