Description

You will own motion as a core part of our brand and product storytelling, crafting animations for product UI, marketing, and editorial content. Work with design leadership and the founder to ship premium motion that defines how Hebbia looks and moves.

Requirements

• 5+ years of motion design experience with senior-level ownership
• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, timing, typography, and polish
• Fluency in After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Illustrator
• Strong taste for brand and visual design, not just animation
• Ability to scope projects, run sprints, and communicate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Own motion design end-to-end: concept, story, design, animation, delivery
• Create motion systems extending brand into product UI, marketing, and editorial content
• Design product marketing motion: launch videos, explainers, demos, social assets, and ads
• Partner with product design to bring interactions and prototypes to life
• Establish processes and standards for motion to enable scalable output
