💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design of the Eight Sleep app and product UI, from interaction architecture to final visual polish. You'll work directly with the Executive Creative Director to set the craft standard for product design and translate complex health data into clear, calm, premium interfaces. This role offers a chance to define what excellent product design looks like and have your work referenced by designers across the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product UI and interaction architecture
• Own and evolve the product design system
• Translate health and biometric data into premium interfaces
• Prototype interactions and flows to validate concepts

📋 Requirements

• 8–12 years in product/UI design
• Experience designing for health or data-rich consumer apps
• Deep Figma fluency for design, prototyping, and systems
• Strong motion sensibility and AI design tool fluency
