💼 About This Role

You'll build Cryptio's Digital Assets Lending Marketplace from scratch, a high-stakes financial product handling real loans and crypto. Your core impact is engineering correctness, reliability, and operational safety for institutional lending. You'll shape foundational systems that change how institutional crypto lending works.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship core services for the Loan Marketplace
• Build workflows for loan disbursements, repayments, margin calls, liquidations
• Integrate custodians, market data providers, and financial infrastructure
• Own systems end-to-end from sketch to production with observability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with backend/systems focus
• Experience building complex production systems with business impact
• Deep understanding of concurrency, distributed systems, idempotency
• Rust experience or strong evidence of fast learning

• Experience with financial systems (trading, payments, lending)
• Custodian or exchange integrations
• Production Rust or advanced testing (fuzzing, formal modelling)
