💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes as part of our Skilled Nursing team. Your work directly impacts patients' comfort, independence, and dignity. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up on and execute doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Experience with tracheostomy care
• Experience with ventilator management

• Pediatric and/or adult home care experience
• Skilled nursing assessments and documentation skills
