💼 About This Role

You'll extract, transform, and validate investment performance data for a real estate private equity firm supporting institutional investor reporting. You will ensure accuracy of performance metrics like IRR and MOIC across fund structures. This role offers exposure to enterprise data modernization initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extract and transform data from Yardi, Salesforce, and internal databases
• Calculate and validate investment performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TWR)
• Perform data validation checks and reconciliations across systems
• Prepare data inputs for investor reports and DDQ responses

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or investment operations
• Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables and complex formulas
• SQL experience writing queries to extract and aggregate data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Yardi or real estate/investment management systems
• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation
• Knowledge of ILPA reporting standards and institutional investor DDQ processes
