๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll drive technical sales closure for Observe by Snowflake, a SaaS observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll lead Proof of Concepts and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase value.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospects.
  • Design, scope, and manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop technical sales strategies.
  • Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
  • Deep experience with Observability concepts and tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to DevOps and SRE personas.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth Observability or APM company.
