๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive technical sales closure for Observe by Snowflake, a SaaS observability platform built on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll lead Proof of Concepts and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase value.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospects.
- Design, scope, and manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop technical sales strategies.
- Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Deep experience with Observability concepts and tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK).
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling to DevOps and SRE personas.
- Prior experience in a high-growth Observability or APM company.
