You'll launch Fresha's AI-powered beauty and wellness platform in Japan from the ground up, building early traction and establishing the market presence. You'll personally drive direct sales and close the first customer wins, shaping market strategy and operational foundations. This hands-on role offers a unique opportunity to build a business from zero to one with global backing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Personally lead direct sales and close first customers in Japan
• Build pipeline and establish relationships with key stakeholders
• Create local operating processes and workflows for market entry

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial leadership experience in SaaS or marketplace
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling teams
• Experience managing sales, business development, and account management teams
• Deep understanding of the Japanese market
