💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in their homes as part of a multidisciplinary care team. You'll make home visits in the Boston area, performing evaluations and developing treatment plans. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform home visits to assess and diagnose speech and swallowing issues
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and goals
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care activities
• Document patient care interventions using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts
• One year experience as an SLP
