💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of our Agentic AI platform for enterprise customers. You'll own timeline, scope, risk, and governance, ensuring successful go-live. This role operates in a pod model alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer and Agent Architect.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned Agentic AI customer projects.
• Run the pod (TPM + FDE + Agent Architect) as a single accountable unit.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and change logs.
• Lead governance calls, status meetings, and steering committees.
• Track deployment KPIs like Time to Go-Live and defect trends.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of technical project management experience for SaaS/enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with contact center platforms or conversational AI.
• Strong skills in project planning tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Fluency in German is required.

• Experience delivering AI/ML, NLP, LLM-based solutions.
• Background in professional services or consulting with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
