Tech Stack

Description

You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating 5-axis CNC machines to produce parts for defense technology systems. You'll read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control to ensure precision manufacturing.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a machine setup/operator
• Clear understanding of G and M code
• Intermediate familiarity with multi-axis and 3D machining
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Brother controls
• U.S. Person status required

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints
• Set up and operate CNC multi-axis milling and turning machines
• Set up work holding and fixture methods per setup sheet
• Run and prove out new programs
• Troubleshoot issues and make minor adjustments during manufacturing
