💼 About This Role

You'll coach senior legal professionals at US-HQ'd tech companies using Mento's ICF-certified methodology. Your coaching will help members identify goals, become better leaders, and feel fulfilled at work. This part-time contract role includes paid coach training and a supportive community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 coaching via virtual sessions using Mento Platform
• Participate in ongoing coach training sessions
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat
• Share coaching tools and insights with the community

📋 Requirements

• General Counsel or senior legal executive with 20+ years experience
• Experience leading legal teams in or adjacent to technology
• Coaching individuals experience (certification a plus)
• Able to dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
