You'll partner with Account Executives to drive retention and growth for household-name retail brands, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize value from Braze's platform. Your core impact is ensuring customers achieve their marketing objectives while identifying upsell opportunities. This role offers the chance to work with enterprise clients and collaborate across multiple teams.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives on renewals and net retention
  • Build Success Plans and drive feature adoption
  • Proactively analyze product usage for risks and opportunities
  • Conduct regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or related area
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, or Marketing Automation
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Experience with enterprise clients (1,000+ employees)
  • Familiarity with APIs or HTML
  • Background in retail industry
