💼 About This Role

You'll deliver world-class post-deployment support for AI enterprise solutions, triaging complex issues and driving cross-functional resolution with Implementation and Engineering teams. Act as the customer's advocate to ensure timely, high-quality issue resolution. This role is part of a well-funded startup backed by ex-Google and Coinbase executives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own incident management and escalations for enterprise accounts
• Triage issues by gathering logs, context, and steps to reproduce
• Create detailed bug reports and coordinate with Engineering teams
• Track SLAs and provide proactive status updates to customers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Support Engineering or related role
• Hands-on experience supporting AI/LLM applications in production
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture (prompting, RAG, agentic workflows)
• Proficiency with APIs (JSON, REST, OAuth) and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM output improvement
• Familiarity with support metrics like FRT, AHT, CSAT
• Exposure to AI agent deployment or ML systems
