💼 About This Role

You'll build and execute a field marketing strategy from scratch, owning events from trade shows to webinars. You'll drive pipeline growth through data-driven event selection and cross-functional coordination. This role blends tactical execution with strategic planning in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive event calendar including trade shows, hosted events, and webinars
  • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, booth design, and on-site logistics
  • Design pre-event campaigns and post-event nurture workflows to maximize pipeline
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and partner teams

📋 Requirements

  • 4-7 years in field marketing or event marketing with at least 2 years at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience owning the full lifecycle of events from strategy to post-event analysis
  • Data-driven decision making using pipeline data and cost-per-lead metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation for campaign tracking and attribution

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at a Seed to Series B startup, especially in devtools
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event production
  • Experience with ABM event strategies or public speaking
