Description

You will manage utility interconnection applications and provide technical expertise to optimize PV system designs for cost and efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive renewable energy projects forward, supporting the clean energy transition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in interconnection or related activities
• Strong knowledge of NEC, IBC, IFC and other industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Manage utility interconnection applications from submission to closeout
• Provide expert technical advice on standards and utility requirements for distributed generation
• Perform QA/QC analysis of technical documentation and interconnection studies
• Prepare interconnection cost estimations and hosting capacity analyses
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development activities
