Description

You will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, overseeing a team of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals. You'll coach, develop, and manage your team, review vehicle defects, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience using computers
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying conditions

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely while meeting production goals
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; coach, develop, and manage performance
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
• Lead team to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality standards
• Train team using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks and delays
