You'll lead the evolution of Workato's database platform, building and scaling ClickHouse and other databases on Kubernetes for an enterprise automation platform. You'll architect and operate the distributed infrastructure that powers billions of events daily, driving reliability and performance. This role offers direct impact on core infrastructure of a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain ClickHouse clusters on Kubernetes at global scale.
• Build automation for database provisioning, scaling, backup, and recovery.
• Optimize database performance and resource efficiency in containerized environments.
• Lead incident response and post-mortem processes for database issues.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or database engineering.
• Strong experience running stateful workloads on Kubernetes (operators, StatefulSets).
• Proficiency with Linux systems, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise with ClickHouse administration and optimization in production.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Opensearch, or Redis.
• Familiarity with Golang or Python for tooling or operators.
