Description

In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair advanced semiconductor equipment at customer sites, ensuring tools operate safely and at peak performance. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, guide less-experienced engineers, and contribute to technologies powering AI, 5G, and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Early career experience
• Willingness to travel at least 75% domestically and internationally
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work at a customer site (TSMC) in North Valley, AZ

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot tool and process issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
• Deliver customer-focused support with a safety-first mindset
• Document work performed and support updates to service procedures
• Assist with customer escalations
