💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a sales team of 7-10 individual contributors to drive enterprise software sales, focusing on AI code review platforms. You'll manage KPIs, forecast pipeline, and develop team members to achieve quota. This role involves strategizing territory growth and supporting complex B2B tech deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 7-10 individual contributors
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for team and individuals
  • Host weekly 1:1s for deal reviews and coaching
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and best practices for the team

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing individual contributors
  • 3+ years of B2B technology software sales experience in SaaS or subscription model
  • Proven motivational, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com
