💼 About This Role

You'll build and evolve the infrastructure backbone for a next-generation intelligent automation platform, owning CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and security. Your work directly shapes platform reliability, developer velocity, and production safety for AI-native systems at scale. This high-impact role integrates modern AI tools into DevOps workflows to reduce operational toil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for safe, scalable deployments
• Design and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation
• Operate and scale Kubernetes (EKS) with Argo CD, autoscaling, and security controls
• Build observability platforms with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Strengthen security and compliance posture (SOC 2, HIPAA) through IAM and scanning

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering on AWS
• Strong hands-on with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Deep experience operating Kubernetes (EKS) in production
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Argo CD for GitOps-based deployments
• Knowledge of Kafka/MSK and event-driven architectures
• Experience with AI/LLM observability and agentic workflows
