You'll lead analytical deep dives to inform Shepherd's GTM strategy and resource allocation. You'll partner with leadership to identify growth levers and translate data into actionable recommendations. This role offers high visibility and direct impact at an AI-native insurtech scaling rapidly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop understanding of business model and GTM motion
• Lead analytical deep dives on GTM and business questions
• Maintain key performance indicators for GTM health
• Create and own dashboards using SQL and BI tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and GTM tooling
• Advanced Excel and BI visualization skills

• Experience with Python
• Revenue or GTM analytics in high-growth environment
• Experience supporting sales performance tracking
