Description

You will lead customer initiatives for an oncology-focused pharmacy program, balancing customer success, operational management, and financial growth. You'll build relationships with stakeholders, oversee operations, and drive revenue while ensuring specialty medications are accessible and affordable.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with 3-5 years in program management, customer relations, or operational oversight.
• Experience in pharmacy space required; specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Experience in oncology required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in analyzing financial data and driving program growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including dispensers, clinic staff, and executives.
• Tailor communication to various audiences and deliver strategic insights during Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Proactively address stakeholder concerns and objections to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor communication channels and task queues to identify operational gaps and resolve issues.
• Oversee program P&L, meet budgeted profitability, and identify growth initiatives to increase revenue.
