πΌ About This Role
You'll own how Headspace's B2B products are positioned, packaged, and brought to market, translating complex mental healthcare offerings into compelling stories for employers and health plans. You'll shape go-to-market strategy and guide product direction through market insight, ensuring a differentiated narrative. This senior individual contributor role offers broad visibility across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Clinical teams.
π― What You'll Do
- Own B2B product positioning, messaging, and packaging across Mental Health Companion offerings
- Develop high-impact external assets and internal enablement tools for sales cycle support
- Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy for new and existing B2B products
- Act as strategic thought partner to Product, shaping roadmap through customer and market insights
π Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in digital health or adjacent categories
- Demonstrated experience marketing through complex buying committees including benefits consultants
- Proven track record of leading complex product launches and building differentiated GTM strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with ability to simplify complexity
