💼 About This Role

You'll join the frontline of customer success, providing expert assistance for Varicent's SaaS solutions. Your work will drive customer satisfaction by troubleshooting technical challenges and ensuring seamless product adoption. You'll collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs and enhance the user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot incidents by collecting logs and replicating issues
  • Communicate progress with clients and update CRM records
  • Use support tools to resolve cases and meet KPI targets
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • CEFR B2 or higher English proficiency

  • Experience with client server architecture
  • Familiarity with web-based application troubleshooting
