💼 About This Role

You'll lead legal support for executive compensation and employee benefits programs at OpenAI. You'll partner with People, Finance, and other teams on Compensation Committee matters and strategic transactions. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements
• Serve as primary legal advisor for Compensation Committee matters
• Counsel on equity compensation and employee ownership programs
• Partner with cross-functional teams on compensation governance
• Support equity and compensation aspects of strategic transactions

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of combined legal experience at tech companies and law firms
• Significant experience advising on executive compensation and equity compensation
• Working knowledge of securities, tax, benefits, and corporate governance issues
• JD and license or qualification to practice in CA
