You'll independently manage all aspects of documentation for conventional and government-guaranteed loan transactions from origination through closing. You'll act as the bank's primary representative with all parties involved in the closing process. This role offers remote flexibility and the opportunity to work with structured finance teams across the company.

• Identify, collect, and review all closing documents
• Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure proper loan documentation

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of related experience
• 2-3 years of Government Guaranteed Lending closing experience
