• Partner deeply with engineering for design implementation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in product design
• 3+ years leading designers
• Experience designing enterprise B2B or SaaS products
• AI fluency for AI-powered features

• Experience building or scaling a design system
• Background in marketing technology or email marketing
• Background with AI-augmented design workflows
