💼 About This Role

You'll design the infrastructure that makes AI adoption compound rather than stall at Upside. You'll build the conditions under which content creates itself, gets maintained automatically, and becomes more trustworthy over time. You'll work directly with the VP of RISE to make Upside's knowledge infrastructure a genuine competitive advantage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map current state of artifact legibility across R&D
• Design governance frameworks and lifecycle rules for artifacts
• Automate documentation pipelines integrated into release workflows
• Build knowledge observability dashboards for content health

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in knowledge management or technical documentation
• Systems design background with AI/automation integration
• Experience with Confluence and Glean or similar knowledge platforms
• Experience in change management for documentation culture

• Background in software engineering or technical writing
