💼 About This Role

You'll guide a support team in a player-coach role, managing daily operations and tackling complex technical challenges. You'll ensure SLA adherence, mentor engineers, and act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents involving Kubernetes, Linux, and Cloud environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily support queue and assign tickets based on expertise.
  • Monitor SLA response and resolution times across shifts.
  • Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Act as first escalation point for stalled tickets or frustrated customers.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Support or DevOps.
  • 1+ years in a Lead, Senior, or Mentor role managing queues.
  • Advanced hands-on Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation and log analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud and physical data center environments.
