You'll own product design at Superblocks, working with leadership to shape UX across the platform. You'll define design systems and collaborate closely with engineers to deliver polished experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years digital product design with strong web portfolio
• Expertise in Figma and advanced prototyping tools
• Strong UX instincts for complex workflows
• Excellent visual design skills in layout, typography, interaction
• Bias toward fast iteration and high-impact work

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process from discovery to execution
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and leadership to turn customer needs into scalable experiences
• Define and evolve design systems and visual language
• Work closely with engineers for high-quality implementation
• Champion user voice through research and testing
