💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the clinical data science strategy for a clinical-stage biopharma company. Your core impact is accelerating drug development by defining the RWD/RWE function and integrating data science across trials. This role offers the chance to shape regulatory-grade analytics for first-in-class oncology therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the Clinical Data Science strategy across programs.
• Design and oversee RWE studies including synthetic control arms.
• Integrate RWD with clinical and biomarker data for translational insights.
• Build and lead a high-performing Clinical Data Science team.

📋 Requirements

• PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in pharma/biotech with significant RWD/RWE focus.
• Proven track record designing impactful RWE studies for regulatory decisions.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with EHR, claims, genomic datasets.
• Expertise in causal inference and comparative effectiveness methods.
