Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing cooling systems, performing regular maintenance, and responding to service calls, including emergencies. You'll work independently with extensive daily travel in the Spokane, Washington region.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must reside in Spokane, Washington area and pass DOT physical

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance/upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and timely
