You will serve as a key connection between employees and high-level systems engineering, delivering Tier 1-2 desktop and remote support, managing device lifecycle with MDM tools, and owning the IT onboarding experience. This role directly impacts workforce productivity through endpoint troubleshooting, inventory management, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2+ years in technical desktop/endpoint support role with strong customer service focus
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and macOS administration, endpoint security, and device management (Jamf, Intune)
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM platforms and SLA adherence
- Hands-on networking fundamentals, VPN clients, and SSO/MFA troubleshooting
- Demonstrated inventory management practices
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 deskside and remote support across Windows and Mac endpoints
- Prepare, deploy, and maintain laptops/desktops using MDM tools (Intune, Jamf)
- Manage on-site inventory and coordinate asset lifecycle
- Deliver IT onboarding experience for new hires
- Contribute to knowledge base and SOPs
